Beyond Our Edge focuses on bringing people together so that we can venture beyond our edge and address exponentially expanding opportunities. Using a Zoom Out/Zoom In approach, we’ll focus on the most attractive long-term opportunities while pursuing short-term initiatives that can accelerate our movement towards those longer-term opportunities. We’ll move a lot further and faster if we move together.
Beyond Our Edge was founded by John Hagel. It is shaped and inspired by the decades of research that John has pursued in seeking to understand the long-term forces that are transforming our global economy and society. These forces are creating exponentially expanding opportunities which Beyond our Edge helps people to see and motivates them to pursue.
